Joyce Miller is the Bureau Chief of Domestic Violence for the Special Prosecutions Division of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. In that role, she is responsible for the supervision and training of ten Assistant District Attorneys who are handling over 2,000 domestic violence cases throughout the county. Prior to that, Ms. Miller served as the Deputy Bureau Chief of Domestic Violence where she gained extensive felony and local court trial experience handling domestic violence and child abuse cases. In the course of her 18 year career as a prosecutor with this office, Ms. Miller has also worked in both the Sex Crimes Bureau of the Trial Division and in the Local Courts and Grand Jury Division.

In 2002, Ms. Miller graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a dual major in Political Science and Public Policy Administration. She graduated cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2005.
