Dr. Klepacz received her MD degree from Medical University in Lublin, Poland. She completed her postgraduate training in Psychiatry at the Jagiellonian University, Cracow, Poland and from Columbia University Teaching Hospital in NY.

She is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Klepacz completed Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at New York University, NY and also maintains her Board certification in Geriatric psychiatry.

Dr. Klepacz is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the New York Medical College, where she Directs Behavioral Sciences Courses for medical students. Dr. Klepacz is involved in multiple programs including a Resiliency Program and Career Development Program for medical students. She is also involved in an Asylum Program for immigrants. This is directed by medical students and Dr. Klepacz provides forensic psychiatric evaluations. In support of asylum, Dr. Klepacz received one- year training in “ Trauma and PTSD”, and she is involved in community outreach and training within the Behavioral Health Center and beyond. She created the “BHC and Me” project for Westchester Medical Center and MidHudson Regional Hospital.
