Domestic Violence Awareness Month
To educate our community about this serious issue, we prepare a fall booklet that includes events, workshops, cultural activities, classes and lectures that pertain to women and families, with a special focus on domestic violence issues.
The fall booklet of events focuses on events in October, which is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, but also lists select events through December. We also publish "Save the Date" events for the following spring. The booklet is distributed to Westchester County residents, libraries, women’s organizations and schools and is available to download from our website.
